First week of yoga classes were a HUGE success. We filled our hearts with love and self-compassion so that we can give and receive the gifts of life more fully! Oh yeah, and we did backbends, forward folds, strength building standing postures, a whole lot of laughing and TONS of relaxing! Come join us, no prior yoga experience neccessary. Can you breath?
